1. Introduction

IPTV Titan ("we", "our", or "the app") is a multimedia streaming player available on Android TV, Android mobile, iOS, and tvOS. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our application.

IPTV Titan is a player application. We do not host, broadcast, or provide any streaming content. Users are solely responsible for the credentials they enter and the content they access through their own IPTV providers.

2. Information We Collect

Important: We only collect personal data when you voluntarily create an account or sign in. Without an account, your data stays entirely on your device and is never transmitted to us.

Information You Provide:

  • IPTV account credentials used to connect to your IPTV provider — stored locally on your device in encrypted form.
  • Account information from Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, or email/password if you choose to create a premium account.
  • Data you configure within the app: IPTV accounts, favorites, and watch progress.

Automatically Collected Information:

  • Anonymous usage analytics via Firebase Analytics: screen views, general feature usage, and anonymous interaction events. These are linked to an anonymous identifier and help us improve the app.
  • Crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics: technical error data, device model, OS version, and app version to help us diagnose and fix bugs.
  • Device information: device model, operating system version, app version, and platform type (TV or mobile).

Device Identification (Premium only):

  • A unique device identifier is generated to manage the number of devices linked to your premium account (maximum 5 devices). Basic device information (name, platform, app version) is recorded for this purpose.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • Providing and maintaining the core functionality of the app.
  • Authenticating your account and managing premium subscriptions.
  • Synchronizing your data across devices (premium feature): saved accounts, favorites, and watch progress.
  • Managing your registered devices within your premium account.
  • Improving app stability by analyzing crash reports and performance data.
  • Understanding feature usage to improve the app experience.
  • Processing subscription purchases and verifying premium entitlements.

4. Data Storage and Security

Local Storage:

Your IPTV credentials are stored locally on your device and are always encrypted. Passwords are never stored in plain text, whether locally or in the cloud. All sensitive data is protected using industry-standard encryption.

Cloud Storage (Premium):

If you enable cloud synchronization, the following data is securely stored in Google Firebase Firestore:

  • Saved IPTV accounts (with passwords encrypted before upload).
  • Favorites lists.
  • Watch progress (playback position, completion status).
  • Device registration information.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest on Google's servers.

Network Security:

The app implements advanced DNS security mechanisms and uses encrypted connections to protect your network requests and privacy.

5. Third-Party Services

The app integrates the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policy:

  • Firebase (Google) — Authentication, cloud data sync, anonymous analytics, and crash reporting. Privacy Policy: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
  • RevenueCat — Subscription and in-app purchase management. No banking data passes through IPTV Titan. Privacy Policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
  • Google Play / Apple App Store — Payment processing for subscriptions. All transactions are handled directly by Google or Apple. We never collect or store payment card information.
  • TMDB (The Movie Database) — Movie and series metadata (posters, descriptions, ratings). No user data is shared with TMDB.
  • OpenSubtitles — Subtitle search and download. No personal information is shared.
  • Google Cast (Android only) — Enables Chromecast functionality via local network discovery. No data is sent to external servers for this feature.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Data is shared only with the third-party services listed above, strictly for the purposes of providing app functionality.

We do not have access to your IPTV provider credentials in plain text, nor do we monitor or have any visibility into the content you stream. Your streaming activity remains between you and your IPTV provider.

7. Device Management

Premium accounts are limited to a maximum of 5 registered devices. For each device, we store:

  • A unique device identifier.
  • Device name and platform.
  • App version installed.
  • Registration date and last activity date.

Devices inactive for more than 60 days are automatically unregistered. You can also manually unregister devices from your account at any time.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Local Data:

All locally stored data (credentials, watch history, favorites, cache) is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear the app data from your device settings.

Cloud Data:

Synchronized data is retained as long as your account is active. When you delete an account from the app, all associated data is also removed.

Account Deletion:

You can request complete deletion of your cloud data and account by contacting us at axel.app.pro@gmail.com with your account details. Deletion requests are processed within a maximum of 30 days.

Automatic Cleanup:

Inactive devices are automatically unregistered after 60 days. Local caches are cleared when the associated account is removed.

9. Permissions

The app requests the following permissions:

  • Internet — Required for streaming, authentication, and data synchronization.
  • Network State (Android) — To detect connectivity changes and optimize streaming.
  • Billing (Android) — For processing in-app purchases via Google Play.
  • Background Playback (Android mobile) — To continue audio/video playback in the background or in picture-in-picture mode.
  • Local Network (iOS) — To discover Chromecast devices on your local network.

The app does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, location, photos, or calendar.

10. Children's Privacy

IPTV Titan is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us at axel.app.pro@gmail.com and we will promptly delete that information.

11. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data by viewing your account information within the app.
  • Delete your local data at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing app data.
  • Delete your cloud data by signing out and requesting account deletion via email.
  • Opt out of analytics by disabling analytics in your device settings.
  • Unregister devices from your premium account at any time.

For users in the European Union, you also have rights under the GDPR including the right to rectification, portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
