By downloading, installing, or using IPTV Titan (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

IPTV Titan is a media player application that allows users to stream and manage IPTV content. The App does not provide, host, or distribute any media content. Users are responsible for providing their own IPTV service credentials and ensuring they have the legal right to access any content they stream through the App.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• •Use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws
• •Provide accurate information when creating accounts or subscribing to services
• •Not use the App to access content you are not authorized to view
• •Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• •Not use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent

4. Subscriptions and Payments

IPTV Titan offers optional premium subscriptions (monthly and annual) through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• •Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase
• •Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• •Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• •You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your device's account settings
• •No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period

5. Premium Features

Premium subscriptions provide access to additional features including cloud sync, watch history, favorites synchronization, and multi-device support. Free features remain accessible without a subscription. We reserve the right to modify premium features with reasonable notice.

6. Content Disclaimer

IPTV Titan is a player application only. We do not provide, control, or endorse any IPTV content accessed through the App. We are not responsible for:

• •The availability, quality, or legality of any IPTV service or content
• •Any content provided by third-party IPTV services
• •Any interruption or discontinuation of third-party services

Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of third-party IPTV services complies with applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Axel App. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPTV Titan and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
